ELDOA is a French acronym. The English equivalent is LOADS, which stands for Longitudinal Osteo Articular Decoaptative Stretching. 

Anyone at any age or fitness level is welcome to attend and will benefit!

ELDOA Classes

ELDOA

Class begins with a Myofascial warm up, leads into 4 to 5 ELDOA postures designed to relieve pressure and increase tissue quality around particular joints and to create space in between spinal segments, and ends with a final relaxation exercise. Duration: 45 minutes.

  • Tuesdays + Wednesdays: 5pm
  • Fridays: 4pm
  • Saturdays + Sundays: 10:30am

Yoga Fundamentals & ELDOA

Class opens with a warm-up for spine, joints, and connective tissue, followed by spinal extension in a safe and supported environment. A yoga basics class follows. Come if you are ready to feel spacious and open after class! Duration: 1.25 hours.
