Yoga Fundamentals is designed for both the beginning student or those looking to revisit the foundations of their practice. You will learn the fundamental principles of safe alignment and sequencing while practicing basic postures and movements, all while maintaining an awareness of breath.
Align & Refine offers deeper refinement of the teachings offered in Yoga Fundamentals with a focus on creating an optimal experience in each posture.
Align & Flow combines learning alignment with vinyasa (flowing through poses with the breath). Class may include pranayama practice (breath work), mantra, and/or meditation.
Flow is a vinyasa class. Vinyasa is a Sanskrit word meaning "to move in a special way". This is done by intentionally linking breath to movement, resulting in a continuous flow. Classes are built around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) A and B.
ELDOA is a French acronym. The English equivalent is LOADS, which stands for Longitudinal Osteo Articular Decoaptative Stretching. Class begins with a Myofascial warm up, leads into 4 to 5 ELDOA postures designed to relieve pressure and increase tissue quality around particular joints and to create space in between spinal segments, and ends with a final relaxation exercise.
The ELDOA method is an incredible tool for performance enhancement, injury prevention, pain management, and musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health. Anyone at any age or fitness level is welcome to attend and will benefit!

Stretch & Restore is rejuvenating and meditative. It's meant to trigger your nervous system's rest response and counter stress.
Kirtan will cover singing, pitch awareness, harmonium and/or guitar fundamentals, mantra meanings with Sanskrit pronunciations, and leading call-and-response songs.
Awakening Qi combines movement and self massage to heighten energy flow in the body.
