In Chinese medicine, Qi refers to the life energy that infuses living beings and pervades the sky and earth. Like a river of life, Qi energy flows in our body along pathways called meridians, making us whole, vital, hopeful, effective, patient, and clear. Join this practice to cultivate your own energy and health!

We will nourish and connect with the five sense organs and whole body with meridian (energy pathway) massage, relax and increase microcirculation to our thinking mind and the busy body.

We will practicing 13 Form Life Nourishing Movements. These slow, soft, flowing movements synergizes the rhythm of the body with breathing and the flow of Qi. We will learn to activate the reproduction energy and support spinal health, to rest while in motion and experience calmness in action, to taste wellness and vitality that is already within us.
