Classes are ongoing unless otherwise stated. We recommend that you not eat 2-3 hours prior to class time.
Before you begin any form of yoga, please tell your teacher if you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, detached retina, glaucoma, recent surgery, disc problems, injury and pregnancy. Please follow any directions your teacher gives regarding modifications. Listen to your body and if you have pain, let the teacher know. Lastly, please get your doctor’s approval for serious medical conditions, a recent injury or surgery before participating.
Power Vinyasa and Hour of Power classes are taught at 85 degrees to help with flexibility and facilitate detoxification. These classes are not recommended for pregnant women or those with uncontrolled high blood pressure.
AWAKENING QI: NOURISHING BODY CONNECTIONS & MOVEMENTS IN FLOW
In Chinese medicine, Qi refers to the life energy that infuses living beings and pervades the sky and earth. Like a river of life, Qi energy flows in our body along pathways called meridians, making us whole, vital, hopeful, effective, patient, and clear. Join this practice to cultivate your own energy and health!
We will nourish and connect with the five sense organs and whole body with meridian (energy pathway) massage, relax and increase microcirculation to our thinking mind and the busy body.
We will practicing 13 Form Life Nourishing Movements. These slow, soft, flowing movements synergizes the rhythm of the body with breathing and the flow of Qi. We will learn to activate the reproduction energy and support spinal health, to rest while in motion and experience calmness in action, to taste wellness and vitality that is already within us.
Preparation: loose and comfortable clothing, relatively empty stomach, willingness to be kind to body. Women may find most ease without make-up and hair worn down.
AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT®, THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD
This is a gentle movement class. These are movement combinations that are designed to stimulate your brain and to help you learn how to move more fluidly, easily, efficiently, and comfortably. Each of us, as adult humans feel mastery in many of our movements and functions. For instance, walking, standing up, rolling over, sitting at a computer, cooking, or reading. This list can include functions of playing music, dancing, running, and cycling as well as many others. However, how many times have we worked ourselves into a situation where at least one of these things or something not listed here has become a little or even significantly difficult for one or another reasons including pain.

This vinyasa is taught at a slightly elevated temperature (80 degrees or 85 degrees if marked on the schedule) and incorporates mindfulness with traditional vinyasa (movement) practice to empower students to access their own inner wisdom.
FLOW & MEDITATION (WARM)
Find balance in your weekend with this 75 minute class designed to increase both physical and mental strength through a combination of asana and meditation. We will flow through a strong vinyasa practice for the first hour of class, linking breath with movements to prepare the mind for stillness during a 15 minute guided meditation to complete and integrate the practice. Taught in a gently warmed room to build internal heat, detoxify and aid with flexibility.
Intermediate/Advanced is your chance to explore some of the more complex asanas, such as arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends. We will workshop the more advanced poses. The emphasis of the class will always be movement following breath. Expect to come out of class stronger, more flexible, and glowing with a bit of beauty sweat!
Children from 1st through 5th grade will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and lots of yoga games.

MYTHIC LACED FLOW
This open level physical yoga practice led by Angie Campbell, E-RYT 500, is based on embodying qualities such as courage, compassion, and tenacity from a mythical story told in the first 5 minutes of class. Beginners are welcome. As in any class, please let the instructor know if it is your first yoga experience.
OPEN LEVELS – FORM & FLOW
For those with previous yoga experience, principles of alignment are combined with breath and relaxation techniques to increase strength, flexibility and awareness. Each student’s abilities as well as challenges will be deeply honored, with variations offered to support the different ability levels.
HOUR OF POWER (85°)
This hour long class (taught at 85 degrees) is a dynamic class which consists of 30 minutes of nonstop movement (vinyasa) and includes 15 minutes of focused core work. Take an hour out of your day to quiet your mind and strengthen your body. Hour of Power yoga will get you in & out feeling rejuvenated, awakened, refreshed and ready to face your day. Prior yoga experience is recommended.
A vigorous athletic flow, this dynamic practice is strengthening, detoxifying and deeply re-energizing to all systems of the body. This class has its basics in Ashtanga vinyasa and allows for a joyful free expression along with accessible postures for those who are less flexible. It is a powerful practice for anyone wishing to challenge the body and free the mind!
QOYA: FEMININE MOVEMENT
Qoya is blend of yoga, free form dance, sensual movement and community connection. It’s based on the belief that as women, when we dance, we REMEMBER our essence is Wise, Wild, and Free. We remember to trust our body as our sacred guide, how to embody our soul and live a life aligned with our truth and intuition. There’s no wrong way to do Qoya. You’ll know you’re doing it “right” when it feels good and true in your body. No dance, yoga, or fitness experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and some water to sip on.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: WHAT BLOOMS IN STILLNESS
Join Pam Scholl, certified Relax and Renew® instructor, for this deeply rejuvenating Restorative Yoga class. This powerful practice refreshes the mind, body and spirit, compliments an active practice, and creates opening and flexibility in fully supported poses. It is deeply relaxing, accessible to everyone and is an incredible gift to yourself. Besides your yoga mat, all props are provided.
STRETCH AND RESTORE (WARM)
A 75 minute class in a warm room, designed to stretch, de-stress and energize with a calm vigor. Postures will target specific areas including the hamstrings and quads, hips, shoulders and chest. Postures will be held for several minutes each, to encourage relaxation and access to deeper tissue. All levels, great start to the week for the “athlete-yogi” in us all!

VINYASA: LEVEL 1-2
Start your evening and your weekend with mindful movement. This level 1-2 vinyasa flow class will awaken your body, breath and mind!
Combination class – the first half of the class is a yin practice taken from the Taoist tradition consisting of passive poses held for a time to balance the subtle energy body and create mindfulness. It is followed by an hour of soft vinyasa flow to balance yin and yang energies.
YIN YOGA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION
Yin yoga consists of long-held, floor poses to open the flow of prana. Pranayama is the practice of breath awareness. Combining these two practices helps to lead to meditation.
An introduction to Hatha yoga principles of breath, posture, and philosophy. Safety and effectiveness of alignment will be emphasized. This class is designed as an introduction to the vinyasa yoga practice. Class is slower paced than an open levels yoga class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
YOGA FOR NEURO HEALTH
Yoga for Neuro Health is a modified class for individuals facing neurological health issues and anyone looking for a slower flow yoga class. Class will be based on students’ current needs but may include strength and balance work, breath work, meditation, restorative yoga, and longer held stretches. Students will be encouraged to use props as needed.
